| 在我国社会组织方兴未艾之际，受制于政府支持、社会认知等因素，社会组织在具体实践中出现了志愿失灵现象。文章简要回顾志愿失灵相关内涵，阐述了我国社会组织志愿失灵的主要表现，着重站在政府责任视角来剖析我国社会组织产生志愿失灵的原因，探讨在社会组织志愿失灵矫正中政府所应承担的责任及履行路径。 |

| With fast development in China, the social organizations meet some voluntary failures in actual practice owing to the limitations of some factors, such as government support and social awareness. After briefly reviewing the relevant connotation of voluntary failures, the article expounds the main manifestations of voluntary failure in China and emphasizes the causes from the perspective of government responsibility. At last, the article discusses about the responsibility and the fulfillment the government should carry out to correct the failure. |
