从研究管理的有效性出发,“管理方格理论”提出了五种典型管理方式。受这一理论启示,大学辅导员对学生的管理教育工作也有五种典型方式。在辅导员的这五种典型管理方式中,最有效、最理想的是9.9式管理方式,这种风格的管理在高度重视学校规章制度的同时全身心关注学生的成长与发展。在9.9式管理方式理论的指导下,辅导员工作策略是:制度化管理要把握“宽”与“严”相济,以人为本;人性化管理要讲究“情”与“理”的结合,坚持原则;尊重个性差异,因材施教;加强班级工作策略文化建设,注重集体成长。 |

From the effectiveness of research management,“Managerial Grid Theory” put forward five typical management modes.Being enlightended by this theory, university counselors also have thise five typical modes in Management education work to students.In this five typical modes of counselors,the most efficacious and perfect mode is the 9.9 type management style,the management of this style is caring for students’ development wholeheartedly .Under the guidance of the 9.9 type management theory, the counselor’s working strategy is to grasp the regulation between “wide” and “strict” ,people first;Human based management should pay attention to the combination of “love” and “reason”, stick to the principles;Respect for individual differences, teach students in accordance of their aptitude;Strengthen construction of class culture , pay attention to all of students’ growth. |
