| 随着社会经济的发展，旅游方式由传统的走马观花式旅游、体验式旅游转移到休闲旅游，旅游市场日新月异。秦皇岛以“生态型滨海旅游立市”为发展战略，基于SWOT工具从内外部条件分析秦皇岛的休闲旅游，进而以SO、ST、WO、WT战略矩阵来发展秦皇岛休闲旅游业，以期实现秦皇岛在京津冀协同发展进程中快速崛起。 |

| With the development of society and economy, the way of tourism has shifted from the traditional or experiential travel to leisure travel, so tourism market is passing each day. The development strategy of Qinhuangdao is to be the eco coastal tourism city. Based on SWOT analysis tool from internal and external conditions of Qinhuangdao leisure travel, and then making the SO, ST, WO, WT strategy to develop tourism in Qinhuangdao, in order to achieve the rapid rise of Qinhuangdao ,with the collaborative development process in Beijing to Tianjin. |
