随着经济的快速发展,中小企业逐渐成为我国经济结构中最活跃、最具有潜力的、不可或缺的重要组成部分。人才的作用也越来越被企业管理者重视,能否招聘到所需要的合适的高素质的人才直接关系到中小企业未来的成长和发展。通过对我国中小企业招聘存在的问题进行分析和研究,为中小企业有效招聘提出了若干对策。 |

With the rapid development of economy,SMEs are becoming the most indispensable part in China’s economic structure. The persons with ability are paid more and more attention to by enterprise managers,and recruiting the appropriate person with ability is directly related to the future growth and development of SMEs.Through the analysis of the recruitment of SMEs,we put forward several countermeasures for SMEs recruitment. |
