| 当前我国大学生就业困难已成为社会各界关注的热点。从经济学角度构建大学生失业率和需求/供给的数学模型，分析得出：大学生就业是围绕就业市场供需平衡点在一定范围内的动态波动，市场自身对其可进行调节，但具有明显的滞后性。分析结果还表明：结构性失业尤其其中的供大于求是造成目前大学生就业失衡的一个主要原因。此外，从如何应对大学生就业失衡的角度提出了建议。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Recently, attention has been paid to harsh employment of college students in our country. Mathematical models for the unemployment rate and the needs supply relations for college student employment are designed. The results show that the employment of college students is a process of dynamic fluctuations around the balance point of supply and demand in employment market. Moreover, the job market can adjust by itself, but with an obvious lag. In addition, structural unemployment, especially supply exceeding demand is one of the key reasons for the employment imbalance. Finally, some suggestions are given to improve college students’ employment. |
