      采用扫描电镜技术对掺橡胶粉路面混凝土中集料 水泥石界面及断裂形貌进行表征,并结合混凝土的物理和力学性能,综合分析胶凝体系的水化过程,推测橡胶粉对混凝土微细观结构的改性机理。胶粉的掺入可有效地阻止混凝土裂纹的发展,提高路面混凝土的延性,降低脆性,增强抗裂性等。

      In this work, the interfacial structure of the aggregate cement matrix of the rubberized concrete pavements, as well as the failure morphology, is characterized by the SEM technique. Combining with the study of concrete physical and mechanical properties, the hydration process is analyzed, leading to the hypothetic concrete modification mechanisms for the rubber powder. It is suggested that the the development of concrete cracks can be inhibited by the addition of rubber powder, which can explain the improvement of concrete ductibility, decreases of brittleness, and the enhancement of the crack resistance.
