      开展高校教师课堂教学评价工作是检验教师教学质量的重要内容,亦是提高高校教学水平的基本要求。本文以福建省F大学为例,深入分析高校现行教师课堂教学质量评价方法及其缺陷,并以此提出针对性改善课堂教学质量评价的建议。研究发现,如何科学地设计课堂教学质量评价指标、降低评价不完全性与主观性偏差、健全教师教学激励机制是公正客观的评价教师课堂教学质量的关键。

      To carry out the evaluation of teaching at colleges and universities is an important content to test the quality of teaching, and it is also a basic requirement of improving the teaching level of colleges and universities. This paper takes the F University of Fujian province as an example to analyze the current teaching quality evaluation method and its problems, and puts forward the suggestions to improve the teaching quality. It is found that the scientific design of evaluation index of the classroom teaching quality, reducing the incomplete and subjective bias and improving the classroom teaching encouragement system is the key to the objective evaluation of classroom teaching quality.
