| 德育是大学思想政治教育的重要形态，新时期多元化文化背景、大数据时代等信息化的社会变革对大学生的德育工作提出了更高的发展要求。同时，十八大提出社会主义核心价值观，也为高校德育工作提出了新的价值导向。文章在社会主义核心价值观的引导下，分析现阶段大学生德育模式存在的问题，并以人本德育范式理论作为切入点，提出高校工作要在管理、服务、教学三个维度全面践行对学生社会主义核心价值观的培养。 |

| Moral education is an important form of university ideological and political education. The diversified cultural background in the new period and the informationalized social change like the era of big data put forward higher requirement for moral education of college students. Meanwhile, socialist core values was put forward in eighteenth session of the NPC, which offers a new guidance for moral education in colleges. This paper is under the guidance of socialist core values, analyzing problems existing in the present college students’ moral education mode and using the paradigm theory as the entry point ,putting forward the work in college should focus on three dimensions of management, service, teaching to practice the cultivation of students’ socialist core values of moral education |
