发展文化创意产业是提升中国文化软实力的重要途径。文化创意产业是文化软实力发展的有机载体,它通过转化资源优势,提升文化吸引力;聚集创意因素,强调文化创新力;打造大众品牌,扩大文化影响力;承载核心价值,增强文化凝聚力;引领情感消费,突出文化感召力等方面来提升文化软实力。为此,需要从强化互联网思维,实现科技与创意的跨界融合;推进协同创新,实现产业的“文化+”;铸造特色品牌,增强国内外影响力;加入创意元素,阐释价值观念;推动文化消费,塑造文化氛围等五个方面来发展文化创意产业,以便提升中国的文化软实力。 |

The development of cultural and creative industries is an important way to enhance the soft power of Chinese culture. Cultural and creative industries serve as the organic carrier of the development of cultural soft power which transforms resource advantages to enhance the attractiveness of the culture; collects creative factors and stresses the importance of cultural innovation; creates a mass market brands to expand the influence of the culture; bears core values to enhance the cohesion of the culture; guides emotion consumption and highlights the cultural charisma to enhance the soft power of culture. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the Internet thinking to achieve the integration of technology and creative cross border fusion; to promote collaborative innovation to achieve the industry’s “culture +”; to build brands of Chinese features to enhance influence at home and abroad; to add creative elements in explaining the value concept; to promote consumer culture and shape culture atmosphere so as to enhance the soft power of Chinese culture. |
