| Anti Japanese Three character Classic, part of the Taihang Mountains Documents had aroused extensive public attention and media coverage since it was collected by Handan College. However, there were no scholars undertaking serious research on it yet. Compared with other versions of Anti Japanese Three character Classic in contemporary period, firstly, this copy is probably the only copy of this version; secondly, it is the only Three character Classic that involves content related to Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s propaganda on Democratic and Anti Japanese Regimen Construction; thirdly, it contains rich historical records on the origin and development of Anti Japanese War, Anti Japanese policy and strategies of CCP. More specific, it has a great amount of content that stresses on complete recording of the ideas of Anti Japanese Democratic Regimen Construction, including a clear expression of viewpoints, long term and short term realistic goals and detailed executive plans—those make it an invaluable nongovernmental document on such subject. What’s more, it could give us a new perspective to carry out research from bottom up based on nongovernmental documents upon topics such as complex historical background during stalemate period of Anti Japanese War, Anti Japanese propositions of CCP, its combat strategies with Kuomintang Party and Mobilization and Education method for the masses in CCP base. In conclusion, there is great academic value in this newly found document. |
