| 本文分析大型基础设施建设及其风险管理特点，总结大型基础设施建设项目中存在的界面风险，提出基于任务-组织和流程的界面风险管理整合模型。并在界面管理的经济性、协调性和可靠性三个方面对大型基础设施建设项目界面风险整合管理的有效性进行评价。 |

| This paper analyses large scale infrastructure construction and risk management characteristics, and summarizes the interface risk existing in large scale infrastructure projects, so the paper puts forward the integrated model of interface risk management which is based on task organization and process. And finally this paper puts the evaluation of large infrastructure construction project interface risk integration management effectiveness in three aspects, viz., economy, coordination and reliability of interface management. |
