| The paper analyzes the advantages and practice of project based management mode applied in Independent Colleges in the background of the current situation of students’ work. It argues that the new working mode can succeed in the resources’ distribution, combination of conflicts and contradiction, correction of the working behaviors so as to enhance the level of students’work and encourage the development of students’ work in a healthy, harmonious way. |
