| 高校学生党支部组织生活是高校党建的重要内容，是党组织对党员进行教育、管理、监督的重要形式。通过调查当前组织生活的现状，发现存在的问题，分析产生的原因，从加强党员思想建设、完善基层制度建设、引入精益管理理念、创新学习教育机制、扩展组织生活内容、创新组织生活形式等方面进行探索和研究，从而切实提高组织生活的质量和有效性，促进高校学生党建工作的健康与和谐发展。 |

| Student party branch’s organizational life is an essential part of the party’s construction in colleges and universities. It is a major form for the party’s organization to instruct, manage and supervise student party members. Through investigation of the current situation of organizational life, we can discover the potential problems, analyze the reasons and then conduct research so that we can improve instruction mechanism, enrich the content of organizational life and diversify the forms of organizational life. Therefore, we can improve the quality and efficiency of the organizational life so as to promote the harmonious development of student party members’ party construction in colleges and universities. |
