| 社会责任投资是可持续发展观在金融投资领域的重要体现。自20世纪70年代以来，法国对社会责任投资的监管一直倾向于使用原则性的“软法”，没有明确地制定具体的法律规则。在内容上，通过界定社会责任投资参与者的性质和职责来诠释其行为规范，零散地分布在货币金融法和行业规章制度中，这样的规制方式给社会责任投资的发展留下了充足的空间。法国对社会责任投资的立法理念体现了对经济活动应然规定的理性认识，渗透出对可持续发展与经济民主等价值观的追求，而这也正是经济法应有的理念追求。 |

| Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) is an important embodiment of the concept of sustainable development in the field of financial investment. Since 1970s, France tends to regulate the SRI with the “soft law” principles, rather than making any detailed legal norms. In contents, French law explains its principles by confirming the legal qualities and the obligations of participators in the SRI, permeating in the financial law and industrial regulations. This method of legislation leaves an extensive space for SRI, a new investment form. This legislative conception represents a rational cognition about economic activities, as well as an aspiration for economic democracy and sustainable development, which is the spiritual pursuit of economic law. |
