| Cultural heritage protection is a career of the nationwide participation. However, the career is almost dominated by the government, and the role of the public is difficult to play. China should learn from the experience of other countries to improve current the public participation in heritage conservation system. Some strategies are put forward as follows: constructing community, non governmental organizations and enterprises etc. multi subject participation model, establishing right protection mechanism for the nationwide participation, introducing public interest litigation system, and so on. |
