| 纸扎是一门有着悠久历史的传统手工艺，其与华夏民族的民风民俗紧密相连。纸扎文化缘起于原始宗教的巫术祭祀活动，后随着汉代纸张的发明与普及，实体纸扎逐渐产生，并在宋元时期得到迅速发展，明清时期达到鼎盛，至今，仍有多个地域存在着纸扎文化。总体来说，民俗纸扎是古老的华夏民族民风民俗的延续与展现，是“活化石”。 |

| As a traditional handicraft with long history, the folk paper binding is closely connected with folk customs of the Chinese nation. Paper binding culture originated from the primitive religion of witchcraft ritual activities. With the invention and popularity of paper in Han Dynasty, physical paper binding came into being gradually, and it was developed rapidly during the period of Song and Yuan, and reached its peak in Ming and Qing Dynasties. There are many regions in China existing paper binding culture until now. Generally, the folk paper binding is the extension and presentation of nationality folkway folk of Chinese nation and the “living fossil”. |
