| 名人故居属于不可移动文物，是中华民族优秀历史文化遗产的重要组成部分。保护和利用好名人故居是政府的责任，更需要公众的参与。目前名人故居保护存在难以认定、相关法律法规不健全、资金投入不足等困境，原因在于管理体制不健全，政府存在懒政思想,宣传教育不到位以及经营机制不合理，需要政府健全管理体制机制，完善绩效考核机制，注重宣传教育，明确管理责任。 |

| Former residences of celebrities belong to immovable cultural relics, which is an important part of the outstanding historical and cultural heritage of the Chinese nation. To protect and make good use of celebrity former residence is the responsibility of the government, which requires the participation of the public. The current problems of protecting former residences involve: It is difficult to identify former residence; relevant laws and regulations are not sound; the capital investment is not enough, etc. This dilemma could be mainly attributed to unsound administration system, lazy politic thought of the government, not in place publicity and education, unreasonable managerial mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to improve the management system, perfect the performance appraisal mechanism, pay attention to publicity and education, and make the management responsibilities clear. |
