| 传统挣值法在项目管理中没有考虑质量因素。质量挣值法,即基于质量因素的改进挣值法能实现对工程成本、进度和质量三大目标的集成控制。在对挣值法改进的研究基础上，采取德尔菲法和模糊评判法对工程质量进行评价，量化质量评价结果，将其反映在挣值法的基本变量中，并用实例对该方法进行验证，表明了该方法能比较正确地反映工程成本、进度和质量的相互影响关系。 |

| The quality was not considered in the traditional earned value method. Quality earned value method an earned value method which was improved based on the quality can achieve the integration control for the cost, process and quality goals. On the basis of the analysis of the proved earned value method, Delphi method and fuzzy evaluation were used to evaluate the quality of the project and quantificat the evaluation of the quality, and reflect in the basic alternating index of earned value method. The method is checked with an example, which shows that this method can reflect the relation of the cost, process and quality correctly. |
