| 为探讨项目网络组织协同治理绩效问题，采用文献梳理、问卷调查、访谈、结构方程模型等方法，深入剖析治理绩效影响因素及路径。将主体特质因素、主体间关系因素和环境因素三个影响因素作为外生潜变量，绩效作为内生潜变量建立研究模型展开实证调研，运用SPSS 和LISREL软件进行探索性和验证性因子分析。研究发现，项目网络组织参与主体的态度、资源、能力、目标对治理绩效有明显正向影响，主体间信任、沟通、承诺、协同关系对治理绩效有积极影响。项目网络组织治理需要合同治理与关系治理的耦合。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| To research on the collaborative governance performance for project network organization, methods such as relative literature, questionnaire survey, interview and structural equation modeling and so on are used. A structural model was built to analyze deeply the influencing factors and ways of collaborative governance performance for project network organization. In this model, three influencing factors environmental factor, trait factor of subject and relationship factor of subject are chosen as exogenous latent variable, and the performance is chosen as endogenous latent variable. SPSS and LISREL are used to make exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that attitude, resources, ability and target of the participation subjects have significant positive influence on the governance performance. Relationships among the participation subjects, including trust, communication, commitment and cooperation have significant positive influence on the governance performance. The effective governance performance for project network organization needs the integration of contract management and relationship management. |
