| Under the leadership of Ma Yun, Alibaba's successful listing in America refreshes the largest financing scale records of the US stock market. The process of the miracle created by Ma Yun has important scientific significance and cultural value. Ma Yun has been promoting the innovation of business mode continuously and achieved the amazing success which can be attributable to his innovation consciousness, pioneering passion, the spirits of seeking truth and being pragmatic and perseverance. Ma Yun's innovating and pioneering process is filled with the courage of struggle, the wisdom of managing by cultivating corporate culture, the operation philosophy combining Chinese and the Western and the spirit of people-oriented. The deep analysis on Ma Yun phenomenon would provide significant reference value for the universities to improve their talent cultivating modes and the enterprises to improve their operation modes in China. |
