      对石家庄站的西广场售票厅在春运时期的运行状况进行调查,发现售票窗口的服务效率不高,影响旅客的满意度。运用排队理论和工业工程的思想对铁路售票和车站管理工作进行优化,结合成本、效率和旅客需求,并借助Win QSB软件,计算得到春运期间不同客流量下的合适的服务窗口需求量,并进行了敏感性分析。研究表明,工业工程的应用可以很好地提高售票服务效率、旅客满意度和服务质量,有助于合理规划现有资源,降低车站的运营成本,增强铁路部门的综合实力。
英文摘要:
      The operational status of the ticket lobby at the west square of Shijiazhuang railway station during the Spring Festival period is investigated, and it is shown that the service of ticketing is inefficiency which has a passive effect on the passengers, satisfaction. The ticketing and management of railway station is optimized by using the queuing and IE (industrial engineering) theory. Combing with cost, efficiency and passenger demand and the reasonable number of service windows under different traffic demand during the Spring Festival is calculated and a sensitivity analysis is conducted with the help of Win QSB software. The results show that the application of IE theory is help for to improve the efficiency of ticketing services, passenger satisfaction and service quality, make a reasonable planning for the existing resources, reduce the operating costs of the station and enhance the comprehensive strength of the railway departments.
