| 探讨京津冀交通运输与区域经济复合系统协同发展问题，运用数据包络分析（DEA）方法，建立了协同发展效度模型，采用2000—2012年统计数据，对其协同效度、发展效度和综合效度进行评价。结果显示，京津冀交通运输与区域经济复合系统协同发展效度较低，子系统间系统协同发展能力未能达到最优。要实现京津冀交通运输与区域经济系统协同发展，需要从内外环境因素共同着手解决，构建和完善区域综合交通运输网络和服务体系，实现区域经济生态可持续发展。 |

| In order to analyze synergetic development of regional economy and transportation compound system in Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Data envelopment analysis (DEA) was used to make quantitative calculation based on the panel data during 2000—2012. The results of cooperative validity, development validity and comprehensive validity of the transportation and economy compound system were calculated by the extending DEA model. Results show that the compound system has low synergetic development degree. Synergetic development between subsystems failed to achieve the optimal. To achieve transportation and economy compound system synergetic development, internal and external environmental factors should be mutual improved. Regional comprehensive transportation network and service system should be improved to realize the sustainable development of regional economic and ecological. |
