In line with “core + sub city” development mode, Baoding needs to develop “2 ring + 2 area” gradually based on “one city with three stars”. “2 ring” is “three star ring” on the basis of “one city with three stars” and “ten star ring” at the outside area around “three star ring”, thereinto, “ten star ring” includes ten counties: Yixian, Dingxing, Rongcheng, Anxin, Gaoyang, Lixian, Boye, Anguo, Wangdu, Shunping, and “2 area” includes two areas, one is “northen area”, which locates in north of Baoding composed of Laishui, Zhuozhou, Gaobeidian, Xiongxian, the other is “westen area” which locates in the west of Baoding composed of Laiyuan, Fuping, Quyang, Tangxian. “2 ring + 2 area” could make up the shortage of the development scheme “one divided into five” gradually so as to ensure eastern area and western area in Baoding to develop equally. Baoding would insist on implementing “city development toward the north and one city with three stars” strategy, and at the same time strengthen aggregated and integrated function toward its hinterland. |
