| 铁路客运文化作为铁路文化中最为综合性的一环，建设铁路客运文化具有重要意义。目前，在铁路客运各环节中，铁路部门和旅客都存在一些问题，通过认清并有针对地解决这些突出问题，有助于建设和谐、有序、高效的铁路客运文化，进而促进铁路文化建设水平的总体提升。这需要铁路部门和广大旅客通力合作，乃至全社会力量的共同参与。 |

| Culture of railway passenger transport is the most comprehensive part in railway culture. The culture construction of railway passenger transport is of great significance. At present, for railway department and passengers there are both some problems existing in every link of railway passenger transport. It is helpful to construct a harmonious, ordered and efficient railway transport culture by recognizing and dealing with those outstanding problems, and promote the overall improvement of railway culture construction level further, which needs that the railway department should cooperate with the vast number of passengers well, and even the whole social forces should participate in the act with united strength. |
