| 政府的公信力程度是政府获得公众信任的程度，而地方政府公信力建设的影响因素包括地方政府的自身能力及属性和地方政府与公众的关系。近年来，网络问责日益得到广泛的重视和运用，其在推动体制内问责，更全面地监督政府行为等方面都起到了重要的作用。同时，从对政府和行政人员两个方面的影响来看，网络问责也为地方政府公信力的建设提供了新的机遇和挑战。在当前的网络问责境遇中，地方政府需要从提高自身治理能力、完善网络问责回应机制、优化公民网络参与秩序和完善网络问责相关法律法规等方面入手，抓住机遇，迎接挑战，从而达到有效地建设自身公信力的目的。 |

| The degree of credibility of government is the public trust degree of the government. For local government, there are some factors influencing their credibility, which include local government ability and quality and the relationships between the local government and public. In recent years, network accountability has got much attention and extensive use, which plays an important role in promoting the system of accountability, more comprehensive supervision of the government behavior .And from the perspective of its impact on two aspects of government and administrative staff, network accountability also provides new opportunities and challenges to the construction of local government credibility. In the current circumstance of network accountability, local governments need to improve their management capacity, the Network Accountability response mechanism, the order of the citizen network participation and the network of accountability laws and regulations and other aspects to seize opportunities and overcome challenges, so as to achieve the effective construction of its own credibility purposes. |
