      通过对高等学校人力资源特点分析,提出在市场经济环境下,依据国家工资政策,应用现代薪酬理论,充分体现高校职工人力资本和劳动价值,构建符合高校自身特点、符合市场经济规律的岗位绩效工资实施策略。应用经济学理论进行分析验证。
英文摘要:
      According to national wage policies and modern compensation theories, by analyzing the features of university's human resources, the implementation strategy for job performance based payment of universities is presented, which can fully embody university work force's human capital and labor value and be in accord with the universities' own characteristics and market economic laws. The strategy is verified by using the economics theory.
