| The moral theme activity named “SHANGXING HERBEI” is an effective carrier for cultivating and practicing socialist core values in Herbei province, which has a good demonstration around the whole nation. Ideological and moral construction could do nothing without strong public opinion guidance. The theme report of “SHANGXING HERBEI” created a positive atmosphere suggesting a good dream of morality and kindness for the whole society, which played an important role in promoting the activity’s development. Currently, the development of mobile Internet has brought profound changes of communication environment, so media reports on “SHANGXING HERBEI” must deepen its connotation constantly, and play the role of strong public opinion guidance by building profound and long term effective communication mechanism. |
