以法学专业本科在校生为考察对象,在问卷调查和深度访谈的基础上,调查分析高校法学教育实施效果及改革方向。调查发现,法学专业本科在校生在专业选择方面存在一定盲目性,虽然他们对现有法学教育体系基本认同,但是认为在课程设置、教师水平等方面存在较大提升空间。学生希望通过减少一些不适应现实需要的课程、增加实践性和应用性较强课程和邀请成功法律人士进课堂等途径,改变法学教育滞后的现象。 |

Taking the undergraduates major in law as the study object, the implementation effect and innovation direction of the legal education in university are analyzed based on questionnaire survey and interview. The results founded that some undergraduates major in law were blind in some extend when they faced major selection. Although the undergraduates major in law have basic recognization on the current legal education system, they pointed out that there are some aspects needed to improve, such as course system and teaching level, etc. They also hope through some countermeasures to change the hysteresis of law education, such as reducing some courses that do not fit to current society, increasing some courses with practicing and application, and inviting successful legal personalities as teachers. |
