| 在传统中国基层社会管理中，家训家规是落实道德观念的主要路径，是民间社会实现自我管理的基本依托，是国家法律最终落实的必要载体。家训家规将温情化管理与惩罚性管理有机结合起来，充分发挥管理的最佳效用，并能寓管理于福利之中，化管理于日常生活，润物细无声地实现管理。当今创新社会管理应重视家训家规在弥补政府社会管理不足，将法治建设落到实处以及降低社会管理成本中的具体作用。 |

| For Chinese traditional social management at the primary level, the family rules and regulations is the main way to carry out the ideas of morality, the basic backing for the folk society to realize self control, and the essential carrier to implement the national law finally. Generally, the family rules and regulations combine the tender feeling management with the punitive management organically so which can exert the best effectiveness of management, lodge the management in the welfare, melt the management in the daily life, implement the management smoothly and silently. Currently, the innovation of the social management should pay attention to the important and specific roles in making up the insufficiency of government social management, carrying out the construction of the government by law, and reducing the cost of the social management. |
