| 高校思想政治教育的主导性与多样性问题是大学生思想政治教育的基本问题之一，对大学生思想政治教育的实效性具有重要影响。主导性视角下高校思想政治教育的多样性，本质上就是高校思想政治教育内容的多样性，研究多样性的根本目的在于以内容的多样性促进高校思想政治教育主导性的实现，而以内容多样性促进主导性实现的途径主要是坚持主导性内容、夯实拓展性内容、丰富借鉴性内容、重视批判性内容。 |

| The diversity is one of the essential characters of ideological and political education that determines the effectiveness of ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities. This paper argues that the diversity of ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities, in essence, is the diversity of its education content. The primary purpose of this study is to utilize the diversity of education content to enrich the approaches of the realization of predominance, where the approaches are mainly including: to adhere to the predominant content, to reinforce the extended content, to enrich referenced content and to value critical content. |
