| 基于目前宽松的电煤供应局面和市场化的电煤价格体系，论述了传统火力发电企业加强电煤管理的策略。首先阐述了电煤价格形成机制的历史变迁，接着分析了目前火电企业电煤管理面临的问题，最后提出强化火电企业燃料管理的策略，为火电企业降低燃料成本，适应市场化改革提供参考和建议。 |

| Facing the loose supply situation of the coal and market oriented coal price system, the strategies of traditional thermal power enterprises how to strengthen the coal management are discussed in this paper based on the practice of management of thermal power plants and the current reforming requirements for the fuel management of the thermal power enterprises. Firstly, historical changes of the coal price formation mechanism is related, then, the current thermal power enterprises electricity management problems are analyzed and the strategies for strengthening the fire fuel management of power enterprises are proposed to reduce the cost of fuel of power enterprises and provide reference and suggestions for the market oriented freeform. |
