| 河北省装备制造业要真正成为继钢铁业后又一强有力主导产业，关键因素在于充足、优质、持续的各层次人才支撑和智力支持。针对目前河北省装备制造业人才发展数量与质量问题，提出通过弘扬新型教育理念，充分发挥教育力量；完善多层次专业培养体系，有效对接装备制造业人才需求；突破省域限制，协同国内外优质资源为河北省服务；完善社会保障机制，稳步推进人才要素落地工程，来实现人才建设的高质性和持续性，从而为河北省装备制造业的发展提供智力保障。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| To become another leading industry after the steel industry, equipment manufacturing industry needs technical innovation, upgrade of internal structure, most importantly, adequate, high quality and continuous talent support and intellectual support. Base on the analysis of the quantitative and qualitative problems of talent cultivation in equipment manufacturing industry of Hebei Province, some countermeasures should be taken, such as to promote new educational concepts, to take full advantage of the power of education, to complete the multi leveled professional cultivation system to meet the demand for equipment manufacture talent, to break the provincial boundaries and attract talents from both home and abroad, to complete the social security system and to promote the talent settlement project steadily, etc. Those countermeasures may ensure the high quality and continuity of talent cultivation and provide intellectual support for the development of equipment manufacture industry in Hebei Province. |
