| 以河北省八所高校的调查研究为数据来源，应用统计与模糊综合评判法进行了辅导员工作绩效影响因素的相关性分析。在实证分析中，以年级为分类标准，反映不同群体制约高校辅导员工作绩效的相关程度。结果显示，辅导员自身因素和制度因素对高校辅导员工作绩效影响相关性更高。根据调查结果，针对提高高校辅导员工作绩效，提出建设性对策和建议。 |

| Statistics and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were applied to make correlation analysis on the influencing factors of the counselor work performance based on the data from nine universities & colleges in Hebei Province in the study. During the process of empirical analysis, taking grade as classification standards, the degrees of correlation of the influencing factors of the different groups restricting counselors’ the work performance are calculated and shown in the paper. The results showed that counselor self factors and system factors have greater influence on counselors’ work performance relatively. Finally, according to the survey results, some constructive countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the work performance of counselors in universities & colleges. |
