近年来许多高校开始使用人事代理制度作为补充教师的新途径。这种新型用人制度在高校合理使用人才方面发挥了积极作用,但在师德建设方面存在教师信念薄弱、归属感差、功利性强等若干问题。高校要从完善人事代理制度、加强心理疏导、建立师德宣传和考核机制、发挥模范带头等方面不断探索人事代理制度下进行师德建设的方法与途径。 |

In recent years, the personnel agency system as a new method to employ teachers has been used in many universities. This new type of personnel system in universities plays a positive role in using talents rationally, however, but there are still some problems in the teacher’s morality construction, such as weak of Faith, lack of belonging sense and utilitarianism. Universities should continue to explore the method and way to construct teacher’s virtue sense under personnel agency system from the following aspects: perfecting personnel agency system, strengthening the psychological counseling of staff, establishing morality propaganda and assessment system as well as setting an exemplary model. |
