| 当前我国正处在从动漫大国到动漫强国的跨越阶段，在动漫产业化的过程中动漫高端人才的培养状况是决定这一阶段能否顺利跨越的重要因素。目前我国动漫人才培养存在着初级人才过剩，高端人才奇缺；技术型人才过剩，原创型人才缺乏；课程设置重技术类课程，轻文化艺术类课程等问题。因此动漫人才教育需要通识教育与专业教育相结合，分类教育与整合教育相结合；高等院校动漫专业招生要实现多层化；加强动漫理论建设，优化课程设置。 |

| Current our country is in from a big anime to anime power across the stage, in the process of animation industry animation talents cultivation conditions is to determine whether this stage smoothly across the important factors. Exist at present, China’s animation talent training junior talent excess, high end talented person; Excess technology talents, creative type talented person lack; Set the heavy technical course, light culture &art, etc. So our animation talent education to general education and professional education, the combination of education classification combined with integration of education; Animation specialty enrollment in institutions of higher learning to implement multiple stratification; To strengthen the construction of animation theory and optimization of the curriculum. |
