Human resources are the decisive force in the development of enterprises, whether in the process of recruitment , or process of staff appraisal , objective and comprehensive evaluation of human resources is the key problem.In this paper, based on the uncertainty of individual value of human resource and the fuzzy of the boundary of evaluation index, by constructing a model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, then can we give a comprehensive evaluation of the individual value of human resources and provide a more scientific and general method for the enterprises,employing decision and choice of best person. |
