| 随着我国高等教育大众化程度的加深，大学生就业形势发生了前所未有的变化，如何引导在校大学生做好职业生涯发展规划，是大学生职业生涯发展指导所要解决的主要任务。高等学校应通过加强组织领导、优化教学内容体系、加强本土化理论体系构建、加强师资队伍建设、加强教材体系建设、构建良好的工作运行体系等措施，切实加强高等学校大学生职业生涯指导工作。 |

| With the deepening of higher education popularization, college students’ employment situation has been experienced unprecedented change. How to guide college students to do career development planning is the main task to be solved in college students’ career development course. Higher education institutions should strengthen college students’ career guidance work by strengthening organization and leadership, optimizing teaching content system, increasing localization theory system construction,consolidating construction of teachers’ team, developing textbook system, constructing a good working operation system and so on. |
