| Zheng Guanying was a famous thinker and entrepreneur in modern China. In the turbulent situations, the door of China was opened by force, national sovereignty weakened, and people’s benefit drained. To contact and co operate with foreign countries on the basis of equality and friendship, thoughts of foreign related laws germinated slowly in his mind. Around the sovereignty, economic rights, human rights, a series of rules and initiatives were proposed, and general systematic thoughts of foreign related laws were initially formed, which, as a sign of transition from Chinese traditional society to modern society, reflected the awakening of law consciousness in modern China. |
