| In recent years, skyscrapers become the important characteristics of Chinese cities. The skyscraper era, also has brought social problems at the same time, such as safety, energy consumption and investment risk. European cities, in the high rise construction, maintain restraint and reason and European countries have enacted statutes of limitations on skyscraper building. As a provincial capital city, “three years great changes” begun in 2008, makes Shijiazhuang city construction enter the Ferris era. In 2012, Shijiazhuang City Urban and Rural Planning Bureau issued a “Shijiazhuang City Landscape Management Interim Provisions”, which states that Shijiazhuang will strengthen the management of city style and features of city, improve the quality of the city. Human and building harmony is the essence of city architecture, and thus tall buildings will have a soul, the city will have its future, and Shijiazhuang will be unique among cities of the world. |
