| 在全球能源日益紧张的今天，建筑节能已成为全世界人们共同关注的课题。阐述居住建筑节能的涵义，并对我国居住建筑节能现状及居住节能型建筑在推广中存在的问题进行分析，从整体规划设计到建筑物单体设计以及建筑细部构造设计等多方面综合考虑，完善居住建筑节能设计，以达到节约能源、保护环境的目的。在有限的条件下将建筑功能、艺术与建筑技术三者更好地结合，达到建造低成本、高效率节能型居住建筑的目的，建设节约型社会，实现社会可持续发展战略。 |

| In the days of global energy tension , the energy saving of buildings has become a subject of common concern to people of the world. The meaning of residential building energy efficiency is explained, and the current situation of residential building energy saving and the problems in developing residential energy saving buildings are analysed. Through the residential building energy saving design, this paper discusses comprehensive considerations from the overall planning and design to single building and detail structure design so as to improve the design on residential energy saving building, and to achieve the purpose of saving energy and protecting the environment. Through a better combination of the building function, art and architecture technology in the limited conditions, and the purpose to create low cost, high efficiency and energy saving residential buildings and to build a saving type society can be realized, and the strategy of sustainable social development can be achieved. |
