| The university is a cultural organization. The development for the university is actually to enhance its culture construction. Based on the existing Shijiazhuang Tiedao University culture as a technology culture, This paper consider that the integration of science and humanity is its cultural need；the existing military culture, corporate culture, liability culture ,faith culture, love culture be reviewed. The culture choice for the university on one hand is to introduce science and humanities, on the other hand is to develop the useful and discard the useless on the existing culture, i.e. on existing cultural heritage, criticism, absorption, integration and innovation. |
