| 我国的工程教育是一个包含多个阶段、层次和类型的，庞大、复杂、开放的组织体系，其中高等工程教育是它的核心。我国高等工程教育组织体系的形成与国家经济社会发展的阶段相适应，目前在形式上正进一步多样化，在结构上正进一步合理化。这种组织体系的变化是国家工程人才需要的多样化和人的教育需求多样化决定的。国家工程人才需求的多样化要求工科院校必须有明确的目标定位和多样化的人才培养模式，人的教育需求多样化又对工程教育组织体系内各种层次、类型间的互通互联提出了要求。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Engineering education is a large, complex, open system of multiple stages, levels and types, in which the higher engineering education system is at the core. The formation of higher engineering education system always fit with the stage of national economic and social development. The system is presently in a stage of further diversification and rationalization in form and structure. This change comes from the talent needs diversification and education demand diversification. Due to the state engineering talent demand diversification, engineering colleges must have a clear goal and diversified personnel training pattern, which in turn requires an interconnection between the various levels and types in the engineering education organization system. |
