| 现代服务业已成为国家和地区经济发展的主要增长点，其发展程度是衡量经济、社会现代化水平的重要标志。重点分析了河北省现代服务业在发展过程中存在的基础薄弱、结构不合理、发展层次不高、外商投资比重较低等问题，并提出促进河北省现代服务业发展的政策建议。 |

| The modern service industry has become a main growth factor of the economy development for a country and or a region. The development level of modern service industry is an important measurement symbol of modernization degree of the economic and social development level. This paper focuses on analysis of the problems including the presence of weak foundation, unreasonable structure, low development level, low proportion of foreign investment and so on in modern service industry in Hebei province. At the end this paper puts forward the policy suggestions for promoting the development of modern service industry in Hebei province. |
