| Starting from learners, focusing on “activities” and “communication”, this paper introduces the concept of SNS, proposes that activity theory is the basis for the establishment of network learning community and gives the concept of e learning community based on activities theory, and designs the theoretical model and implementation model for network learning community, providing reference for domestic peers in the research of network learning community. |
