| China is in lack of superb engineering and technical personnel and is in urgent need to cultivate a large number of excellent engineers. Innovation ability and practice ability are prominent features of engineering and technical personnel. An effective way for engineering colleges to train outstanding engineers should be oriented to meet the needs of industrial development and construction practices and through college enterprise combination and production research integration. The successful practice of Shijiazhuang Tiedao University in the cultivation of engineering and technical personnel with the backing of railway engineering construction is worthy of reference. |
