| 近年来，中国城市雕塑建设领域出现大量由于舆论争议、规划变更导致城市雕塑在寿命较短时就被迁移、拆除的案例，造成资源严重浪费。因此，有必要在大型城市雕塑设计中大力推行已在建设项目领域广泛使用的全寿命期设计理念。在此领域进行的基础理论研究能够科学指导城市雕塑建设与管理等实践活动，切实有效地提高中国城市文化建设水平。 |

| In recent years, many Chinese city sculptures have been removed or demolished in a relatively short life under the pressure of public disputes or planning changes, which resulted in waste of resources. So, it is necessary to implement the whole life cycle design concept that has been widely used in building project field. The basic thory reseach about this could scientifically guide the construction and management of city sculpture so as to improve the level of urban culture in China. |
