It is a problem of social management to ensure safety of the food products. There are three dimensions: moral constrains of producer and seller, self regulation of the trades, and government regulation. The problems of social management are excessively dependent on supervising and governing from government, ignoring action of self regulation, deficiency of moral culture, and lacking mechanism to secure food producing and consuming. In order to ensure food safety for long, we should reconstruct moral culture, structure trade organization for trade self regulation, emphasize the special actions of farmer specialization cooperation, and improve producing and consuming mechanism. |
