| 高校青年教师作为高校教师群体中的重要组成部分，在高校可持续发展过程中，有着不容忽视的作用，但由于受社会、学校和自身等诸多方面的影响，高校青年教师的生活状态、发展状况和利益诉求受到了冲击。以对天津市各高校青年教师为研究对象，运用因子分析方法对影响高校青年教师生活状态、发展状况和利益诉求的诸多因素进行分析，归结为七个主因子，为高校青年教师队伍的可持续发展提供依据。 |

| As a crucial part of the college faculty, young teachers play an important role in college sustainable development. However, factors from society, college and themselves have made a great impact on their living conditions, developing state and interest claim. In this paper, we conduct a questionnaire survey among young teachers in Tianjin city. Based on Factor Analysis findings, seven influence factors are summarized and analyzed to provide basis for sustainable development of young teachers in college |
