| 传闻排除规则是英美法系证据法中最古老、最复杂、最重要的规则之一。但是随着时代的发展以及科学技术的进步，支持传闻排除规则的传统观点已经愈来愈多地受到了多方质疑，并且对传闻证据的发展趋势有了新的认识。主要从对传闻排除规则的传统支持理论进行反驳的角度来重新认识它，进而得出传闻排除规则的发展将是一个越来越宽松的状态，并可能终将走向灭亡的结论。 |

| Rule Against Hearsay is one of the oldest and most complicated and important rules in Evidence Law in English American Legal System. But as the times progress and with the progress of science and technology, the traditional view supporting the Rule Against Hearsay has been increasingly challenged, and new understandings have been formed of the development trends of hearsay evidence. This article makes some re speculations on the Rule Against Hearsay mainly by refuting the traditional theory supporting it, and concludes that the development of Rule Against Hearsay will be a more loose state, and could eventually die out. |
