| 针对信息安全外包的业务流程，运用系统理论分析，识别外包服务的关键风险因素，提出基于第三方认证的风险评估框架，构建了评估指标体系，结合我国风险管理政策制定安全服务商服务风险监测规则，更好管理外包风险。 |

| The thesis aims at the information security outsourcing risk identification and assessment. First, an analysis is made of the deficiency of work flow through system theory ,then the key risk factors of outsourcing are identified, and the frame of risk assessment is set up based on third authentication in order to construct the assessments system for better supervision of security outsourcing risk in accordance with the risk management policy in our country. |
